A YAQUI SPRING

DSC02014.jpg

BOTANIST, GLORIA WELWITSCHIA with her living ancient fossil plant, Mirabilis (MIRABELLA), from Namibia, West Africa, along with family friend, TUMBO, journey from Harvard's Herbaria Museum through the Appalachian mountains across the Mississippi River to Tucson, Arizona to find that ideal place to take root and thrive.

CAN a lone YAQUI DEER DANCER awaken Gloria’s primitive nature? Will the rogue RUDY FLORES from the Stanford University Padre movement and Gloria’s good intentions bring wrath from the Yaqui tribe during their greatest celebration of the year? Will the uprooted ancient plant, MIRABELLA, come back to life?
